Auchan company in cooperation with SOS Children Villages Ukraine has held the fundraising action to the benefit of SOS Children Villages help recipients. SOS Volunteers working at 2 Auchan locations were approaching the Customers with the proposal to donate money for the Christmas gifts and giving away Auchan post card. The other Auchan stores located in Kiev were participating in this action with the classical Donation Boxes.

We were happy to find out that Ukrainians do care about children withour parental care, despite of the difficulties of todays life. During the New Year and Christmas holidays we collected almost 5000 UAH, which allowed to organize a Christmas celebration at Children Village Brovary.

We would like to express our gratitude to Auchan company for their help and opportunity to organize this action which resulted into sufficient input into SOS Children Village Brovary budget. We look forward to the further cooperation with Auchan company and Auchan forundation for Youth which is investing enormous efforts to make better and healthier the life of young people in 12 countries of Auchan group operations.
